By completing an order with Oneminutemanicure.com, you agree to all terms and conditions as stated on site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. All items on this web site are to be considered the property One Minute Manicure and may not be used without prior authorization. We are greatly concerned with your total satisfaction, so if you are unhappy with a purchase or have any concerns or comments, please feel free to contact us. You are truly appreciated and we thank you for your business!

Shipping Policy

In-Stock Merchandise

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days using the carrier of our choice. Unless otherwise requested, all orders are shipped standard ground delivery.

Backorders

If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time by a follow-up email. No additional shipping charges will apply. If you would like to change your order this is normally possible, just contact us.

These are shown during checkout if applicable and include any handling fees if applicable.

International Shipping

We do NOT ship online orders internationally at this time.

Returns

Returns

We are happy to process a refund for products purchased for any reason (shipping is not refundable), with some restrictions. You can feel confident while you shop knowing that you can return items for any reason for a full refund of the items price. No restocking fees or other hidden charges. Restrictions:

  1. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the initial order.

  2. We cannot control storage conditions, and therefore cannot guarantee shelf life. (Shelf life can vary depending on storage conditions.)

  3. All products must be returned in saleable condition. Partially used products will not be credited. If we do not receive the merchandise or if it is damaged, we will not issue a refund or credit.

  4. Keep the tracking number of any returns, returns lost or damaged will not be processed.

  5. Shipping (both ways) is the responsibility of the customer

Cancellations

  1. For a full refund of the purchase price, cancellations must be completed before the item(s) have shipped.

  2. If a cancellation of an order occurs after the product(s) have been shipped, the item(s) may be returned under our Return Policy (see above).

How do we protect your information?
